Summary

Asset Cost and Control is a program designed to calculate the monthly amortization of fixed assets and prepaid expenses, and calculate the monthly expense for accrual items.

Multiple Category Types

The ACC subsystem combines valuable asset management for Fixed Assets, Prepaid Expenses, and Accrued Expenses, all in one easy-to-use application.

Detailed Items

Keep track of your items by customized categories, locations, allocations, item types and more.

Each month the ACC system generates a batch posting, debits and credits which can either be uploaded to your core processor via an ACH file or entered manually. The ACC Program also has the ability to print paper General Ledger Debits.
